What this website collects

Nothing directly. This site has no contact forms, no accounts, no login, no newsletter signup and no payment flow. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run a tracking pixel on this site.

The site does load fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser makes a request to Google, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. That is a standard consequence of loading a third-party resource, and it is the only third-party request the site makes.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records standard server logs containing IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and user-agent strings. These are used for delivering the site and for security, and they are handled under Netlify's own privacy terms.

When you contact us

If you email, call, WhatsApp, message us on Instagram or LinkedIn, or book a call through Cal.com, we receive whatever information you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to discuss working together.

Cal.com is a third-party booking service. When you book through it, Cal.com collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, and processes that under its own privacy policy.

• We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
• We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, then delete it.

Client data during an engagement

If you become a client, we may be given access to your advertising accounts, analytics, CRM or store admin. That access stays inside your own accounts. We do not copy your customer data out of your systems, and we do not use it for anything other than the work you engaged us for.

Case-study screenshots published on this site have identifying client details blurred. We ask permission before publishing anything that identifies a client.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. Because this site collects nothing directly, in most cases the only information we hold is the correspondence you sent us.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts collecting data, for example if we add analytics or a contact form, this policy will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
