What this website collects

We ask you for nothing. This site has no contact forms, no accounts, no login and no newsletter signup. Every page is static, and there is nothing here for you to fill in.

The site does run the Meta Pixel. It loads on every page and records that a page was viewed, and separately records when you click the Book a Free Audit button, along with which button on the page you clicked. Meta receives your IP address, your browser and device details, the page you are on, and the identifiers in any Facebook or Instagram cookies your browser already carries. We use it to measure our own advertising and to build audiences on Meta. We do not upload customer lists or contact details to it, and it records no form data because the site has no forms.

The site also runs Microsoft Clarity, which starts on your first scroll, tap or click (or ten seconds in, if you only read) and records how pages are used: scrolling, mouse movement, clicks and taps, screen size, and the pages visited in a session, played back to us as an anonymous recording and aggregated into heatmaps. We use it to find out which parts of a page people read and where they give up. It is not tied to a name: we see a session, not a person. Clarity masks text content by default, and there is nothing on this site for you to type in anyway.

• To refuse it, block the pixel with a content blocker, use your browser's tracking protection, or adjust your Meta ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms.
• Clarity can be refused the same way, with a content blocker or your browser's tracking protection, and it honours Global Privacy Control. Microsoft processes what it collects under its own privacy statement.

Third parties that receive a request

Loading any third-party file means your browser contacts that company and it sees your IP address. On this site that is: Meta, for the pixel described above; Microsoft, for Clarity; and Cal.com, if you open the booking page. Fonts, images and the client brand logos are all served from our own domain, so those requests never leave this site.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records standard server logs containing IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and user-agent strings. These are used for delivering the site and for security, and they are handled under Netlify's own privacy terms.

When you contact us

If you email, call, WhatsApp, message us on Instagram or LinkedIn, or book a call through Cal.com, we receive whatever information you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to discuss working together.

Cal.com is a third-party booking service. When you book through it, Cal.com collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, and processes that under its own privacy policy.

When a booking is completed, our server tells Meta that a booking happened, so that we can measure which of our ads led to it. Your name, email address and phone number are hashed before they leave our server, meaning Meta receives a scrambled value it can only compare against what it already holds, never the details themselves. The notes you write and what the booking is about are not sent.

• We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
• We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, then delete it.

Payments

Client invoices can be paid online through our payment gateway, PayU. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on PayU's secure payment page and are processed by PayU under its own privacy policy. We never see or store them. From PayU we receive only what we need to match the payment to your invoice: your name, email, phone number, the amount, and the transaction ID and status.

Client data during an engagement

If you become a client, we may be given access to your advertising accounts, analytics, CRM or store admin. That access stays inside your own accounts. We do not copy your customer data out of your systems, and we do not use it for anything other than the work you engaged us for.

Case-study screenshots published on this site have identifying client details blurred. We ask permission before publishing anything that identifies a client.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. In most cases the only information we hold ourselves is the correspondence you sent us: the pixel data sits in Meta's systems, not ours, so a request to delete that has to go to Meta through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts collecting data, for example if we add analytics or a contact form, this policy will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
