Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

Nothing we sell is shipped. There are no delivery charges and no courier involved.

How services are delivered

• Campaign management, SEO and tracking work is carried out directly inside your own ad, analytics and website accounts.
• Audits, strategies and reports are delivered as documents by email or through a shared folder.
• Creative work, landing pages and websites are delivered as files, links or a live published page, as described in your proposal.

When delivery starts

Onboarding begins within 3 working days of payment being confirmed, or on the start date agreed in your proposal if that is later. Delivery timelines for each piece of work are set out in the written proposal you approve before paying.

If we are ever going to miss an agreed date, we tell you in advance by email with a new date.
