Performance Marketing Agency for Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has the scale the rest of the Gulf does not, but that volume sits behind Arabic-first short-form video rather than translated English campaigns.

Saudi Arabia is the largest consumer market in the Gulf by a wide margin: a population of roughly 35 million with a median age under thirty-five, and an overwhelmingly Saudi rather than expatriate base. That inverts the assumption, carried over from Dubai, that English-first advertising is a safe default. Smartphone ownership is close to universal, short-video consumption is exceptionally high, and a decade of diversification spending under Vision 2030 has pulled retail, entertainment, tourism and logistics investment into the domestic economy.
For an advertiser that means volume exists in a way it does not elsewhere in the region, but it has to be earned in Arabic. The platform mix is genuinely different from Dubai or Doha, and local commerce infrastructure has matured alongside it: Salla and Zid sit beside Shopify, and instalment providers such as Tabby and Tamara change what a customer treats as affordable at checkout. Price, delivery promise and payment options move conversion here more reliably than any targeting change does.
Oil and petrochemicals still underwrite the state budget, but the advertising economy runs on Vision 2030 diversification spending: retail and malls, entertainment and events, religious and domestic tourism, construction and the giga-projects, financial services, and an ecommerce sector split across Salla, Zid, Shopify, Noon and Amazon.sa.
MADDEX Media is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have no office, entity or team in Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia accounts are run remotely from India. We say so here rather than implying a local presence, because a client can check it in a minute and an invented one is worth nothing.
Who we work with here, and what they need
Ecommerce and retail
Fashion, beauty and electronics move in volume, with cash on delivery still common outside the largest cities and instalment options at checkout now expected rather than differentiating. The delivery promise is a conversion lever, not a logistics footnote.
Food delivery and quick commerce
A crowded category dominated by aggregator apps with budgets no brand can match head-on. Brand-owned ordering only works when the campaign carries something the app cannot, usually a bundle or a loyalty mechanic rather than a discount.
Religious and domestic tourism
Umrah services, pilgrim accommodation and the newer domestic leisure sector serve residents and international visitors at once. Booking windows are long and demand swings hard against the Islamic calendar.
Health and aesthetic clinics
Dermatology, dental and weight-management clinics advertise aggressively across Riyadh and Jeddah. Platform rules on health claims are strict, and enquiries move to WhatsApp within a message or two of the first click.
Entertainment and live events
Concerts, seasons and attractions created under the entertainment reforms need short ticket-selling bursts rather than always-on campaigns. Creative has to be produced and approved fast enough to still be useful when it launches.
Real estate and construction
Residential development and giga-project supply chains generate high-value enquiries on long cycles. Lead quality depends on qualification at the form, because raw volume here is cheap to generate and expensive to waste.
What Saudi Arabia businesses are actually looking for
- Saudi brands wanting Arabic-first campaigns, not translated English
- Salla and Zid merchants who need paid media run properly
- Companies comparing Riyadh agency retainers against offshore fees
- Advertisers asking which platforms Saudi audiences genuinely use
- Teams needing creative produced fast enough for short campaign windows
Which channels tend to work in Saudi Arabia
Snapchat reach in Saudi Arabia is unusually high by global standards and behaves as a serious performance channel rather than an add-on, while TikTok and Instagram Reels absorb most of the remaining consumer attention. Google Search still captures the high-intent demand for services, property and education. Arabic short-form video with on-screen text tends to beat polished English brand film in almost every consumer category worth planning for.
Running a Saudi Arabia account from India
Delivery is remote from India, with no entity, office or commercial registration inside the Kingdom. Riyadh sits two and a half hours behind Indian Standard Time, so an Indian working day covers the Saudi morning and most of the afternoon. The Saudi week runs Sunday to Thursday, and we schedule launches, approvals and reviews around that rather than around our own calendar. Accounts stay in your name, reporting is a written weekly note plus a monthly call, fees are invoiced in INR or your currency, and media spend goes straight from you to the platforms.
Arabic is the working language of most Saudi consumer advertising, and right-to-left layout affects more than text direction: button placement, price formatting and caption timing all shift with it. Ramadan reshapes the year, with daytime consumption falling and late-night engagement climbing, before Eid al-Fitr delivers the largest retail peak of the calendar. VAT in the Kingdom is fifteen per cent, the Personal Data Protection Law is in force under SDAIA, and paid activity with resident influencers requires a licence, so that side is arranged through your own team.

Saudi Arabia: frequently asked
Are you registered in Saudi Arabia?
No. There is no commercial registration, no office and no staff in the Kingdom. We are an Indian agency working remotely, and we say that before anything else because it affects how you contract with us and how your finance team handles the invoice. If a Saudi-registered supplier is a requirement, we cannot meet it and would rather you found that out immediately.
Can you really run Arabic-first campaigns from India?
The strategy, media buying, testing and measurement are ours. The Arabic is commissioned from native speakers and reviewed by them before launch, never machine-translated. One detail worth knowing: for consumer video, colloquial Gulf Arabic generally outperforms Modern Standard Arabic, which makes it a casting and scripting decision rather than a translation one. We budget for that at the brief stage instead of discovering it after a campaign underperforms.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do, without exception. We work inside your Meta Business Manager, your Google Ads account and your analytics property as added users, and you hold administrative rights throughout. Nothing runs through an agency-owned account. When an engagement ends, you remove our access and every campaign, audience, pixel and creative asset stays exactly where it was, because it was never ours to take.
What will this cost in riyals?
Our published starting points are ₹25,000 a month for a single managed channel, ₹20,000 a month for SEO, ₹25,000 for a landing page and ₹50,000 for a website. At current rates that is approximately SAR 1,075, SAR 860, SAR 1,075 and SAR 2,150, though exchange rates move and the quote you receive will be the rupee figure. Fees are invoiced in INR or your currency; ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform.
Have you worked in the Saudi market before?
Not in a way we can point to as a Saudi case study, and we will not manufacture one. What we can evidence is ₹50Cr+ in managed ad spend across 32+ brands over five years, twelve documented Shopify case studies and peak campaign ROAS above 8X. Those are Indian results. The first month of any Saudi engagement is spent building market-specific knowledge with you, and we price and plan on that basis.
