Performance Marketing Agency for UAE Brands
Nine in ten UAE residents are expatriates, so the first decision on any campaign here is not budget or bidding, it is which of four or five very different audiences the creative is speaking to.

The United Arab Emirates is one of the most advertised-to markets per head of population anywhere, and one of the most fragmented. Roughly nine in ten residents are expatriates, so a single campaign can be addressing Emirati nationals, Arab expatriates from across the region, a very large South Asian workforce and Western professionals all at once. Audience sizes are small by Indian standards while purchasing power is high, which pushes cost per click up and makes creative relevance matter far more than raw reach.
That makes segmentation the actual job. The same product often needs an Arabic execution, an English execution and, in categories where South Asian households are the buyer, a Hindi or Malayalam one. Retail density is the other constraint: shoppers in Dubai and Sharjah have malls, Noon, Amazon.ae and same-day delivery within reach, so an online offer has to beat convenience rather than match it. We build UAE accounts around narrow audience and creative pairs instead of one broad campaign carrying every segment.
Trade, logistics and re-export through Jebel Ali, tourism and hospitality, property, financial and professional services in the DIFC and ADGM, a dense retail and food delivery sector, and an ecommerce market split between Noon, Amazon.ae and brand-owned Shopify stores.
MADDEX Media is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have no office, entity or team in United Arab Emirates: United Arab Emirates accounts are run remotely from India. We say so here rather than implying a local presence, because a client can check it in a minute and an invented one is worth nothing.
Who we work with here, and what they need
Beauty and personal care
Fragrance, skincare and haircare sell to expatriate and wider GCC audiences, with a strong pull towards video demonstration and creator proof. Arabic and English cuts of the same asset often perform differently enough to justify separate budgets.
Fashion and modest wear
Abayas, modest fashion and occasionwear peak around Ramadan, Eid and the winter social season. Return rates in apparel are high here, so sizing content and fit clarity affect contribution margin as much as targeting does.
Property and real estate
Off-plan and rental enquiries are dominated by portal traffic and paid search, with a large share of buyers sitting overseas. Follow-up speed across time zones decides outcomes more often than lead volume does.
Clinics and aesthetics
Dermatology, dental and cosmetic clinics advertise heavily, inside tight platform rules on before-and-after imagery. Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp rather than through a form, so the handover script is part of the funnel.
Food, beverage and delivery
Restaurants and cloud kitchens compete against aggregator apps that own the customer relationship. Direct-ordering campaigns only work when the offer beats the app, which usually means bundles rather than discounts.
Travel and hospitality
Hotels, tour operators and activity providers sell to inbound visitors and to residents booking short breaks. Search demand is seasonal and moves sharply with the summer heat and the Ramadan calendar.
What United Arab Emirates businesses are actually looking for
- UAE brands wanting an offshore team at a lower fee than a Dubai retainer
- Founders who want Arabic and English creative tested against each other
- Noon and Amazon.ae sellers building a direct Shopify channel
- Clinics and services that need WhatsApp enquiries, not form fills
- Buyers checking whether an Indian agency can work UAE hours
Which channels tend to work in United Arab Emirates
Meta carries most consumer demand in the UAE, with Instagram dominant across beauty, fashion and food, and TikTok now meaningful for younger residents. Google Search is where property, clinics, education and business-to-business enquiries get captured. Almost every consumer funnel ends in WhatsApp rather than a form, so the click-to-WhatsApp path has to be built and measured deliberately instead of bolted on afterwards.
Running a United Arab Emirates account from India
Work is delivered remotely from India. The UAE runs an hour and a half behind Indian Standard Time, so a full working day overlaps and same-day answers are simply how it runs rather than something we have to promise. Your company keeps ownership of the Meta Business Manager, the Google Ads account and the analytics property, and we are added as users. Reporting is a written weekly review, fees are invoiced monthly in INR or your own currency, and ad spend is billed by the platforms directly to your card.
Arabic creative is not a translation task: right-to-left layout moves the logo, the price and the call-to-action, and numerals and line breaks need a native check before anything goes live. Ramadan, Eid, White Friday and the Dubai Shopping Festival set the retail calendar, and because the Islamic calendar shifts each year those peaks move with it. iPhone share across the Emirates is high, so post-ATT signal loss bites harder than it does in India and server-side conversion tracking is worth setting up at the start.

United Arab Emirates: frequently asked
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. We have no office, entity, trade licence or phone number anywhere in the UAE, and we are not going to imply otherwise. Everything is delivered remotely from India by the same people who run the account day to day. If your procurement process requires a locally licensed supplier, we are the wrong fit, and it is better to establish that on the first call than three weeks in.
Can you produce Arabic creative?
We write and direct in English, then commission Arabic copy and voiceover through native speakers and have the layout checked right-to-left before launch. We do not machine-translate ad copy, because auto-translated Arabic reads badly and costs performance. For most UAE categories the honest answer is to run Arabic and English versions against each other and let the data settle it rather than assume which will win.
What are your fees, and how are they paid?
Our published starting prices are ₹25,000 a month for one managed channel, ₹20,000 a month for SEO and ₹15,000 for a one-off audit, which is roughly AED 1,050, AED 850 and AED 650 at current exchange rates. Treat those as indicative, since rates move. Fees are invoiced monthly in INR or your own currency by bank transfer. Ad spend is never routed through us: you pay Meta and Google directly.
Do you have UAE clients we can speak to?
We are not going to claim UAE case studies we do not have. Our documented work is with Indian brands: twelve Shopify case studies covering more than ₹49Cr in tracked revenue, ₹50Cr+ in ad spend managed across 32+ brands, and five years of doing it. The mechanics of creative testing, tracking and scaling transfer across markets. The market knowledge is something we build with you in the first month, and we would rather say that plainly.
How long is the contract?
Monthly, after an initial three-month period. That three months is not a lock-in tactic. It is roughly how long it takes to fix tracking, rebuild campaign structure, run a first proper creative cycle and get a result you can actually read. After that you can stop with thirty days of notice, and every account, pixel and creative file stays with you, because they were always in your name.
