Performance Marketing Agency for Singapore Brands
Singapore is small, English-first and expensive to advertise in, which makes measurement discipline and regional account structure worth more here than a larger media budget.

Singapore is a small, affluent, English-first market that matters more than its size suggests, because so many regional businesses are headquartered on the island. Around six million residents in one city-state makes geographic targeting irrelevant and pushes audience definition onto language, income and life stage. Media costs are high, mobile penetration is effectively total, and consumers move between Shopee, Lazada, brand-owned stores and physical retail without friction, which makes attribution harder than the market size implies.
Two things follow. First, a Singapore-only campaign has limited headroom, so many brands run regional structures covering Malaysia, Indonesia or further afield, and the account has to keep those read-outs genuinely separate rather than blended. Second, English carries most consumer advertising, but Mandarin creative earns its place in specific categories and age groups rather than as a blanket default. Careful measurement matters more than volume here, because there is rarely enough data to hide a bad assumption behind.
Financial services, regional headquarters and professional services dominate the corporate base, alongside port and logistics activity, biomedical and electronics manufacturing, education, tourism, and a dense retail and food economy where marketplace commerce on Shopee and Lazada sits beside brand-owned ecommerce.
MADDEX Media is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have no office, entity or team in Singapore: Singapore accounts are run remotely from India. We say so here rather than implying a local presence, because a client can check it in a minute and an invented one is worth nothing.
Who we work with here, and what they need
B2B and SaaS
Regional headquarters buy software and services for several markets at once, so campaigns are selling to a committee. Search intent capture, LinkedIn presence and long nurture beat social reach in almost every case.
Financial and wealth services
Banking, insurance and advisory firms advertise under financial promotion rules set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, which restrict how returns and benefits may be presented and make compliance review part of the creative process.
Beauty, wellness and aesthetics
Clinics and wellness brands work inside strict rules on medical and health claims, so credentials, proof and any use of before-and-after imagery need checking against the guidelines before a campaign goes live.
Food, beverage and hospitality
Restaurants and hotels compete for a small resident base plus business and leisure visitors, where reservation platforms and review volume carry as much weight as paid social does.
Education and enrichment
Tuition centres, enrichment providers and executive education sell to parents and employers on outcomes, inside advertising rules that limit what can be claimed about results.
Ecommerce and marketplace retail
Brands split volume between Shopee, Lazada and their own stores, which fragments the data badly. Deciding which channel a customer should be acquired into is a strategy call before it is a media one.
What Singapore businesses are actually looking for
- Singapore brands wanting regional campaigns on one clean structure
- Businesses comparing local agency fees with an offshore team
- Marketplace sellers building a direct channel that pays back
- Companies asking how PDPA affects remarketing and customer lists
- Teams wanting attribution cleaned up across online and retail
Which channels tend to work in Singapore
Google Search and LinkedIn carry most business-to-business demand here, while Meta and TikTok do the consumer discovery work and Instagram owns the lifestyle and food categories. Marketplace advertising on Shopee and Lazada competes for the same budget as Meta, and the two are rarely compared honestly inside one reporting view. Messaging apps are the normal way enquiries get handled, so WhatsApp and Telegram paths need proper tracking rather than being written off as unattributable.
Running a Singapore account from India
Delivery is remote from India; there is no Singapore entity, UEN or local office behind this. Singapore sits two and a half hours ahead of Indian Standard Time, the easiest overlap of any market outside India, so a normal Indian working day covers yours almost completely. You keep ownership of every ad account and data source, and we are added and removed as users. The written weekly review goes out on a fixed day. Fees are invoiced in INR or Singapore dollars, and ad spend is charged by the platforms to your own card.
The Personal Data Protection Act governs consent for customer data used in advertising, including lists uploaded as custom audiences, and the Do Not Call registry restricts marketing calls and messages to Singapore numbers. Advertising standards are self-regulated through the code administered by ASAS, with additional sectoral rules covering finance, healthcare and education. GST applies at nine per cent on local supplies, iPhone share is high enough that ATT signal loss is significant, and server-side measurement is close to standard practice among serious advertisers.

Singapore: frequently asked
Do you have a Singapore office?
No. There is no Singapore entity, UEN, office or local number. We are an Indian agency and the whole engagement is delivered remotely from India. We mention it first rather than burying it, because some Singapore buyers need a locally incorporated supplier and it is better for both sides to rule that out at the start than after two rounds of proposals.
How does PDPA affect the customer lists we upload for advertising?
In practice it means consent has to exist for the purpose before the data is used, and your collection notices need to cover advertising as a use. We work inside your accounts, so uploads are done from your platform with your data rather than exported to ours. We are not legal advisers. Where the tracking setup and your consent records appear to disagree, we will raise it rather than quietly proceed.
Can you run campaigns across Southeast Asia from one account?
Yes, and many Singapore-headquartered brands should. The important part is structure: separate campaigns and budgets per market so Indonesian or Malaysian volume does not swamp the Singapore read-out, with shared creative where it genuinely travels and localised versions where it does not. One blended regional campaign usually looks efficient and hides which market is actually funding the result.
What do your prices work out to in Singapore dollars?
One managed channel starts at ₹25,000 a month, SEO at ₹20,000 a month and a website build at ₹50,000, which is approximately SGD 385, SGD 310 and SGD 770 at current exchange rates. Treat those as indicative; the quote is issued in rupees. Fees are invoiced monthly in INR or Singapore dollars, and your ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the marketplace.
What proof do you have that this works?
₹50Cr+ in ad spend managed across 32+ brands over five years, twelve documented Shopify case studies covering more than ₹49Cr in tracked revenue, and peak campaign ROAS above 8X. All of that is Indian market work. We have no Singapore case study and will not present one. The testing method, tracking discipline and reporting transfer; the market specifics are built in the first month with your input.
