Performance Marketing Agency for US Brands

We are an India-based performance marketing team working remotely with United States brands, and our working day is built so that it overlaps the American morning.

  • North America
  • ET to PT, 9.5 to 13.5 hours behind IST
  • Invoiced in USD or INR

The United States is the most expensive auction we work in and the most forgiving of good creative. Meta CPMs climb steeply through the fourth quarter, commercial keywords on Google are bid up by advertisers with venture funding behind them, and Amazon absorbs a large share of product search before a brand site is ever considered. A US brand that wins on paid media usually does it with a deeper creative pipeline than its competitors rather than a larger cheque.

We are not a US agency. MADDEX Media works from India, holds no US entity, office or phone line, and says so on the page rather than renting a Manhattan address. What we bring is five years and over ₹50Cr of managed spend on the same platforms American brands use, at a fee structure that lets a growing business fund creative volume instead of retainer overhead. The distance is handled by the working model, not by a claim.

What this market runs on

A consumer economy where Amazon holds the largest share of product search, Shopify and the surrounding D2C stack carry most independent brands, and retail media networks at Walmart, Target and Instacart now compete for the same budget line as Meta and Google.

MADDEX Media is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have no office, entity or team in United States: United States accounts are run remotely from India. We say so here rather than implying a local presence, because a client can check it in a minute and an invented one is worth nothing.

United States industries

Who we work with here, and what they need

Apparel and footwear D2C

Crowded, discount-trained and heavily exposed to returns. The margin question is contribution after returns and shipping rather than reported ROAS, which is why creative and sizing guidance have to be worked on together.

Supplements and wellness

Claim policy on Meta and Google is the binding constraint. Campaigns that survive are built on testimonial and mechanism-led angles rather than outcome promises, with subscription retention carrying the unit economics.

Home and furniture

High ticket, long consideration and freight-sensitive. Paid search on specific product queries tends to outperform broad prospecting, and the landing page has to answer delivery and assembly questions early.

Beauty and personal care

Creator-led from end to end. The pipeline that matters is UGC volume and usage rights, because the winning ad is almost always a person talking rather than a product render.

B2B software and services

Long cycles and committee buying, so cost per lead means very little. Offline conversion import from the CRM is what lets the platforms optimise toward pipeline instead of toward form fills.

Multi-location and franchise services

Practices and franchise groups competing in dense local results across several states, where call tracking, location-level budgets and speed of follow-up decide whether paid spend ever becomes a booked appointment.

Who searches for this

What United States businesses are actually looking for

  • US founders looking for a media buying team that costs less than a domestic retainer
  • Brands whose in-house marketer has left and who need cover without a new hire
  • D2C teams plateaued on Meta who want a creative testing engine attached
  • American agencies looking for a white-label execution partner
  • Companies checking whether an offshore team can genuinely cover US business hours

Which channels tend to work in United States

Meta still carries most first-purchase volume for American consumer brands, but it is the world's most expensive placement in the run-up to Black Friday, so refresh rate on creative matters more than bid strategy. Google earns its share on branded and high-intent product search, and Performance Max will absorb branded traffic unless those terms are fenced off deliberately. Amazon takes a large slice of product discovery, which means a brand site campaign is often bidding against a listing the same shopper will open next.

How it works across time zones

Running a United States account from India

Our day runs into the American morning: from roughly 5:30pm IST we overlap with New York, and Pacific accounts are covered in our late evening, so a budget question raised at 9am ET does not sit until tomorrow. Slack or email carries the daily traffic, with one written review every Monday and a call each fortnight scheduled at a time that suits you. You own the Meta Business Manager, the Google Ads account, the analytics property and the pixel; we are added as users and removed with one click when the engagement ends.

Signal loss from Apple's App Tracking Transparency hits US accounts harder than most, because iPhone share is high and a large share of Meta delivery runs through iOS, which makes the Conversions API and a server-side setup part of the build rather than an upgrade. State privacy laws in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut and a lengthening list of others mean opt-out signals have to be honoured in the tag configuration, which is a different exercise from European consent. Most brands we are asked to look at run Shopify with Klaviyo attached, which makes first-party data the cheapest measurement fix available.

United States: frequently asked

Do you have an office or team in the United States?

No. MADDEX Media operates from India. There is no US entity, no US office and no US phone number, and we would rather state that plainly than list a virtual address. What exists is five years on the same ad platforms, over ₹50Cr in managed spend across 32+ brands, and a working day arranged to overlap American business hours. If you need somebody physically in the room, we are the wrong fit and will say so on the first call.

How does the time difference actually work day to day?

India runs nine and a half to ten and a half hours ahead of Eastern time and twelve and a half to thirteen and a half hours ahead of Pacific. In practice our late afternoon and evening is your morning, which is where we hold the daily overlap. Anything raised during your afternoon is picked up first thing in our morning, still overnight for you, so most questions are answered before you next open the account.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do, without exception. We work inside your Meta Business Manager and your Google Ads account as added users, never through an agency-held account. The pixel, the conversion actions, the audiences and the creative files all stay in your asset library. Ending the engagement is an access change rather than a migration, and we hand over documentation of what was built instead of leaving you to reverse-engineer it.

How would we pay an Indian agency from the US?

By international bank transfer or through a service such as Wise or Payoneer, against an invoice raised in USD or INR, whichever your bookkeeping prefers. Management fees start at roughly USD 290 a month for a single channel, the equivalent of our published ₹25,000, with audits from about USD 180 and landing pages from about USD 290. Those are indicative and move with the exchange rate. Ad spend never passes through us: your card sits on your own Meta and Google accounts.

Do you have experience with US customers specifically?

Our documented case studies are twelve Shopify brands covering over ₹49Cr in tracked revenue, and they are Indian accounts. We are not going to dress those up as American results. What transfers is the platform work: campaign structure, creative testing cadence, server-side tracking and landing page economics behave the same way in both markets. What does not transfer is the cultural reference, the price sensitivity and the seasonal calendar, and we expect you to brief us on those.
