Creative Agency for Performance — Ads Built From Data, Not Mood Boards

On paid social, creative is the largest controllable variable in performance. Everything else has been automated away.

  • D2C & ecommerce
  • Fashion & apparel
  • Beauty & personal care
  • Health, wellness & nutrition
  • Travel & hospitality

Targeting is mostly gone as a lever. Bidding is automated. Placements are algorithmic. What is left, and what still separates a 2X account from a 6X account, is what the ad actually says and shows in the first three seconds.

So creative here is a performance function, not a design function. Concepts come from what the account data says is missing (a proof angle, an objection angle, a new format) and every asset ships as part of a test with a defined read-out.

Who this is for

Is this the right fit?

  • Brands whose ad account is starved of new concepts
  • Media buyers running the same three creatives into fatigue
  • Teams with a designer but no one writing hooks or angles
  • Brands needing volume: many variations, shipped weekly
  • Founders whose organic content works but has never been adapted to paid
Scope

What creative services includes

Creative strategy and angle mapping

The full space of angles for your product (problem, proof, comparison, objection, identity, offer, mechanism) mapped against what the account has already tested, so briefs fill genuine gaps.

Hook writing

Multiple hook variants per concept, written for sound-off viewing with the message legible in the first frame.

Static ad design

Proof layouts, comparison grids, before-and-after, testimonial cards, offer cards. Statics remain some of the cheapest, fastest-testing inventory on Meta.

Video and Reels production

Scripts, shot lists, edits and captions built for vertical placements, including modular edits where hooks can be swapped without a reshoot.

UGC and creator briefs

Briefs specific enough that a creator delivers usable performance footage rather than a generic unboxing.

Creative performance analysis

Reporting at the concept level (which angles work, which are decaying, which formats to stop making) feeding directly into the next brief.

Process

How we run it

  1. Creative audit

Every ad run in the last ninety days, sorted by spend and result, grouped by angle. This usually reveals two or three untouched angles immediately.

  2. Angle map and brief batch

A prioritised concept list with hooks written, then briefs issued for production.

  3. Produce

Statics, edits and shoots delivered in batches so the testing queue never runs dry.

  4. Test

Assets launched into a testing structure with a fixed read window and a clear kill or scale rule.

  5. Iterate on winners

A winning concept gets variations (new hooks, new openings, new proof) which is how one idea produces months of performance.

Deliverables

What you actually get

  • Creative audit with angle gap analysis
  • Monthly hook and concept batch with written briefs
  • Produced statics, videos and Reels in required aspect ratios
  • Creator briefs and usage-rights guidance
  • Concept-level performance reporting
  • Refreshed variations of winning concepts

How pricing works

Priced by monthly output volume (number of concepts, statics and video edits) with shoots quoted separately when locations, talent or product handling are involved. Most brands start with a fixed monthly batch and scale it once the testing rhythm is established.

Answers

Creative Services: frequently asked

How many ad creatives do we need per month?

For an account spending meaningfully, five to fifteen genuinely distinct concepts a month plus variations on winners. Distinct means a different angle or hook, not a recoloured version of the same asset. Creative volume is usually the binding constraint on how far a Meta account can scale.

What is creative fatigue and how do you spot it?

Fatigue is when an audience has seen a concept enough times that response falls. The signals are rising frequency alongside falling hook rate and rising cost per result, while the creative itself has not changed. Watching it at the concept level rather than the ad level gives you enough warning to have the replacement ready.

Do statics still work, or is it all video now?

Statics work extremely well, particularly for proof, comparison and offer angles, and they are far cheaper and faster to iterate. The strongest accounts run both. Treating video as the only option slows your testing rate for no gain.

Who writes the hooks: us or you?

We do, informed by your customer language: reviews, support tickets, sales call objections and comments. The best hooks are usually customer phrasings we found and sharpened, not copywriter inventions.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. Performance creative and brand consistency are not in conflict. We work within the palette, typography and tone, while pushing on structure and hooks, which is where the performance actually comes from.

Do you shoot, or only edit?

Both. We plan and run shoots, direct creators, and also work purely from supplied footage and product imagery when a brand already has an asset library worth mining.
