Content Marketing Agency — Content Mapped to Demand, Not to a Calendar

Content earns its budget when each piece is aimed at a question someone is genuinely asking and a page they can act from, not when it fills a publishing schedule.

  • B2B & SaaS
  • D2C & ecommerce
  • EdTech & coaching
  • Healthcare & clinics
  • Travel & hospitality

Most content programmes fail the same way: a keyword tool produces a list, writers turn each keyword into a thousand words, and nothing ranks or converts because the pages answer no one in particular.

We start from demand. Which questions do buyers ask before they buy, what do they type, what already ranks for it, and what would have to be true for our page to be the better answer. Then we build clusters where the pieces reinforce each other instead of competing.

Who this is for

Is this the right fit?

  • B2B and SaaS companies with long consideration cycles
  • D2C brands whose category needs education before purchase
  • Businesses that publish regularly but see no traffic or leads from it
  • Sites with a large archive of thin posts that need consolidation
  • Brands wanting to be cited by AI answer engines, not just ranked
Scope

What content marketing includes

Demand and gap research

Query research, competitor content mapping, Search Console mining for terms you already appear for but rank poorly on, and customer language pulled from reviews and sales calls.

Cluster architecture

A pillar page per commercial theme with supporting pieces underneath, interlinked deliberately so authority concentrates rather than scatters.

Commercial page copy

Category, product, service and comparison pages: the pages closest to the money, which most content programmes skip in favour of blog posts.

Editorial production

Briefs, drafts, subject-matter review, editing and publishing, with an internal linking pass on every piece before it goes live.

Answer-engine structuring

Explicit questions as headings, direct answers in the opening lines, clean semantic HTML and appropriate schema, so both search engines and AI systems can extract the answer cleanly.

Refresh programme

Existing pages tracked for decay and updated, which usually returns more per hour than publishing new pieces.

Process

How we run it

  1. Research

Map the full question space for the category and sort it by commercial value and difficulty.

  2. Architect

Cluster plan, page-to-query map, internal linking design and publication order.

  3. Produce

Briefs, drafting and editing, with real expertise involved rather than generic reference-based writing.

  4. Interlink and publish

Every new piece is wired into the cluster on publication, not left orphaned.

  5. Measure and refresh

Query-level tracking per page, with underperforming pieces rewritten or consolidated rather than left to rot.

Deliverables

What you actually get

  • Query and content gap analysis
  • Cluster map with page-to-query assignment
  • Content briefs with structure and target questions
  • Published articles and commercial pages
  • Internal linking implementation
  • Quarterly content refresh and consolidation plan

How pricing works

Monthly, sized by output volume and research depth. Technical and specialist categories cost more per piece because they need genuine subject-matter input. We do not price by word count, which rewards padding.

Answers

Content Marketing: frequently asked

How much content do we need to see results?

It depends on the competition for your cluster, not on a monthly quota. A tight cluster of eight to twelve genuinely strong pages around one commercial theme usually outperforms forty scattered posts. Depth in one area beats thin coverage across many.

Does AI-written content rank?

Google's position is that it judges quality and usefulness, not the production method. In practice, undifferentiated AI output does badly because it says what every other page says. AI is a useful drafting and research tool; it is not a substitute for a point of view or first-hand knowledge.

How do we get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews?

Answer specific questions directly and early on the page, use clear headings phrased as the question, keep the markup clean and semantic, add appropriate structured data, and make the publishing entity unambiguous and consistent. AI systems extract from pages that state things plainly; padded introductions actively hurt.

Should we write blog posts or product and category pages first?

Commercial pages first, almost always. Category and service pages sit closest to purchase intent and usually have unmet demand already. Blog content supports them; it should not be the whole programme.

How long until content starts producing traffic?

New pages typically take two to four months to settle. Refreshing and consolidating existing pages that already have some authority can produce movement in four to eight weeks, which is why we usually start there.

Do you write in Hindi or regional languages?

Yes, where the search demand justifies it. Some Indian categories have meaningful Hindi query volume with very weak competing content, which can be a real opportunity, but it should be verified in the data before committing to it.
