Performance Marketing Agency for D2C and Growth-Stage Brands

Performance marketing is paid acquisition where every rupee is tied to a measurable commercial outcome (revenue, qualified leads or booked calls) rather than impressions or engagement.

  • D2C & ecommerce
  • Fashion & apparel
  • Beauty & personal care
  • Health, wellness & nutrition
  • Real estate

Most brands do not have an ads problem. They have a system problem. The ad account is only one of five things that decide whether spend turns into profit: the offer, the creative, the landing experience, the checkout, and the data you use to judge all four. Change one in isolation and the numbers move sideways.

We run those five as a single loop. Media buying decides where budget goes, creative testing decides what gets shown, the landing page decides what happens after the click, and clean tracking decides what you believe about any of it. That is the difference between an account that spends and an account that compounds.

Who this is for

Is this the right fit?

  • D2C and ecommerce brands doing consistent monthly revenue that has plateaued
  • Founders who are spending but cannot tell which campaigns are actually profitable
  • Brands scaling past the point where a single hero creative carries the account
  • Service businesses that need qualified booked calls, not raw form fills
  • Teams that already tried a cheap agency and inherited a messy account
Scope

What performance marketing includes

Account and funnel audit

We start by mapping where money leaks: campaign structure, audience overlap, pixel and conversion accuracy, landing-page drop-off, checkout friction and post-purchase behaviour. You get the findings whether or not you continue.

Campaign architecture

A structure built for learning, not for looking busy. Clear separation between prospecting, retargeting and retention, consolidated where the algorithm needs volume and split where you need read-outs you can act on.

Creative testing system

A running queue of hooks, angles and formats tested against each other on a fixed cadence, so the account always has a next winner in the pipeline instead of waiting for the current one to fatigue.

Landing and offer optimisation

The page the traffic lands on is treated as part of the ad. Message match, above-the-fold clarity, objection handling, proof placement and mobile speed all get worked on alongside the campaigns.

Measurement you can trust

Server-side events where they matter, clean conversion definitions, and a blended view (MER, contribution margin) so platform-reported ROAS is not the only number in the room.

Weekly operating rhythm

A short written review every week: what changed, what it did to the numbers, what we are testing next. No dashboard-only reporting where nobody explains the movement.

Process

How we run it

  1. Week 1: Diagnose

Full audit of accounts, analytics, site and offer. We identify the single biggest constraint rather than listing forty small issues.

  2. Week 2: Rebuild the base

Fix tracking first, then restructure campaigns and ship the first creative batch. Nothing scales on top of broken data.

  3. Weeks 3–6: Find the winners

Structured testing across creative, audience, landing page and offer. The goal at this stage is signal, not a record month.

  4. Weeks 7–12: Scale what works

Budget moves behind proven combinations. Spend increases in steps that the account and the operations side can absorb.

  5. Ongoing: Compound

Retention, retargeting and basket-value work layered on top so growth stops depending purely on new-customer acquisition cost.

Deliverables

What you actually get

  • Full-funnel audit document with prioritised fixes
  • Rebuilt campaign structure across Meta and Google
  • Creative testing calendar with briefs and scripts
  • Conversion tracking and server-side event setup
  • Landing page and offer recommendations, implemented where we build the page
  • Weekly written performance review and monthly strategy session

How pricing works

Pricing depends on managed spend, the number of markets and whether creative production is included. There is no fixed public rate card, because a brand spending ₹3L a month and one spending ₹50L a month need different amounts of work. We quote after the first call, once we have seen the account.

Answers

Performance Marketing: frequently asked

What does a performance marketing agency actually do?

It runs paid acquisition against a commercial target. In practice that means campaign strategy and media buying, creative direction and testing, landing page and offer work, conversion tracking, and the reporting that ties spend to revenue. A good one takes responsibility for the whole path from impression to purchase, not just the ad account.

How is performance marketing different from digital marketing?

Digital marketing is the umbrella. It includes SEO, content, email, social and paid. Performance marketing is the subset where spend is measured against a defined outcome and optimised continuously. Every performance marketing campaign is digital marketing; not all digital marketing is performance marketing.

How much should we spend to see meaningful results?

Enough for the platform to exit the learning phase on your main conversion event, which usually means roughly 50 conversions per ad set per week at your current conversion rate. For most Indian D2C brands that lands somewhere between ₹1.5L and ₹5L a month to start. Below that, results are real but slow, because the account is data-starved.

How long before we see results?

Tracking and structure fixes show up in weeks one to three. Reliable creative winners typically appear between weeks four and eight. Scaling with stable economics is usually a three to six month arc. Anyone promising a profitable scale in the first fortnight is describing luck, not a process.

Do you guarantee a specific ROAS?

No. ROAS is a function of your margin, offer, price point, market and repeat rate. Most of which sit outside an ad account. We commit to a process, a testing cadence and full transparency on numbers. A guaranteed ROAS from someone who has not seen your P&L is a sales tactic.

Do we need to change our website to work with you?

Not always, but often. If the landing experience is the constraint, running more traffic into it just makes the leak more expensive. We will tell you when the page is the problem, and we can build the replacement.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. We work inside your Business Manager and Google Ads account, and you keep full admin access throughout and after the engagement. Nothing is run through an agency-owned account you cannot take with you.
