Google Ads Agency — Search, Shopping and Performance Max
Google Ads captures demand that already exists. The work is making sure you appear for the searches that convert, and stop paying for the ones that never will.

- B2B & SaaS
Meta creates demand; Google harvests it. That difference changes everything about how the account should be run. On Google the leverage sits in query control, landing-page relevance and conversion-value accuracy, not in creative volume.
Most underperforming Google accounts we inherit have the same three problems: Performance Max eating budget with no visibility into what it is buying, a search-terms report nobody has read in months, and conversion actions that count the same lead three times. Those are unglamorous fixes that usually move the number more than any bid strategy change.
Is this the right fit?
- Ecommerce brands with a product feed and existing search demand
- Lead-gen businesses in high-value categories: real estate, healthcare, education, B2B
- Accounts where Performance Max is spending without a clear read on what it is doing
- Brands paying for brand-term clicks they were going to get for free
- Businesses that need a second channel because Meta is at its ceiling
What google ads includes
Account and query audit
Search-terms mining, negative keyword build-out, match-type strategy and a hard look at what share of spend is brand versus non-brand.
Search campaign build
Tight themes, ad copy written against the actual query intent, and responsive search assets with enough pinned structure to stay coherent.
Shopping and feed work
Merchant Center diagnostics, title and attribute optimisation, and campaign segmentation by margin or performance rather than by category alone.
Performance Max, run with visibility
Asset groups split so you can read them, search-theme control, brand exclusions, and reporting scripts that surface what PMax normally hides.
Conversion tracking and values
Correct conversion actions, deduplicated leads, offline conversion import where the sale happens off-site, and value rules so bidding optimises toward profit rather than volume.
Landing page alignment
Query-to-page matching, because Quality Score and cost per click both respond to relevance more reliably than to bid adjustments.
How we run it
Audit and baseline
Ninety days of search terms, conversion actions, wasted spend and impression share. We quantify the leak before proposing anything.
Tracking repair
Conversion actions rebuilt, duplicates removed, values attached. Smart bidding is only as good as the conversion data underneath it.
Structure and feed
Campaign rebuild, negative lists, feed cleanup and Merchant Center fixes.
Test and expand
New query territory, new ad copy angles, controlled PMax expansion. Each change gets a clean read window.
Optimise toward profit
Move from tCPA or volume targets to value-based bidding once conversion values are trustworthy.
What you actually get
- Wasted-spend report with negative keyword lists applied
- Rebuilt Search, Shopping and Performance Max structure
- Merchant Center and product feed fixes
- Conversion tracking rebuild with value assignment
- Ad copy sets written per query theme
- Monthly search-terms review and expansion plan
How pricing works
Google Ads management is retained monthly and scales with account complexity: number of campaigns, feed size, markets and whether offline conversion import is needed. Feed and Merchant Center remediation is usually a one-time project at the start.

Google Ads: frequently asked
What is Google Performance Max?
Performance Max is a single campaign type that serves across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail and Maps from one asset and signal set, with Google's automation deciding placement and bid. It can perform very well on ecommerce accounts with a good feed, but it reports at a much coarser level than traditional campaigns, so it needs deliberate structuring to stay readable.
Which is better for ecommerce, Meta Ads or Google Ads?
They do different jobs. Google Shopping and Search capture people already looking for your product category, so it usually shows a higher reported ROAS but a lower ceiling. Meta creates demand from people who were not searching, so it scales further but needs more creative investment. Most brands past early stage need both, with Google taking the demand that Meta creates.
How much do Google Ads cost in India?
Cost per click varies enormously by category: a few rupees in low-competition ecommerce categories, and several hundred rupees in insurance, legal, real estate and B2B software. What matters is cost per acquisition against your margin, not cost per click. Budget planning should start from your target CPA and expected conversion rate.
Should we bid on our own brand name?
Usually yes, but not blindly. If competitors are bidding on your brand, or if your organic result does not own the whole first screen, brand terms are cheap defence. If nobody is bidding against you and you already dominate the SERP, that spend is often incremental-free. We check the data rather than applying a rule.
Why is Performance Max spending so much on brand traffic?
Because brand queries convert most easily, so the automation gravitates to them and reports a flattering ROAS. Brand exclusion lists and separate brand campaigns fix this and reveal what PMax is genuinely contributing on new demand.
Do you need access to Google Merchant Center?
For any Shopping or Performance Max work, yes. Most feed problems (missing GTINs, poor titles, disapproved items, bad category mapping) are invisible from inside Google Ads alone and are frequently the single biggest constraint on Shopping performance.
