Social Media Marketing Agency — Content That Earns Attention and Trust

Organic social builds the trust that paid media converts. It is where a brand becomes recognisable before anyone is ready to buy.

  • D2C & ecommerce
  • Fashion & apparel
  • Beauty & personal care
  • Travel & hospitality
  • Salons, gyms & local services

A content calendar full of posts nobody remembers is expensive wallpaper. What works is a small number of clear content pillars, executed consistently, in a voice that sounds like a person rather than a brand guideline document.

We plan around what each platform actually rewards (Reels for reach, carousels for saves, LinkedIn for point-of-view, Stories for relationship) then run the whole cycle: strategy, ideation, scripting, shoots, editing, scheduling, community management and reporting.

Who this is for

Is this the right fit?

  • D2C brands whose paid ads work but whose profile looks abandoned
  • Restaurants, cafes and hospitality brands living on local discovery
  • Founders building a personal brand alongside the company
  • B2B companies who need credibility on LinkedIn before sales calls
  • Brands running several channels with no consistent voice across them
Scope

What social media marketing includes

Platform strategy

A separate plan per platform. What works on Instagram Reels is not what works on LinkedIn, and posting the same asset everywhere is why most brand accounts flatline.

Content pillars and calendar

Three to five recurring themes tied to real business goals, mapped into a monthly calendar with formats, hooks and posting cadence.

Scripting and ideation

Hooks written first. Every video and carousel starts from the first three seconds, because that is what decides whether the rest gets seen.

Shoots and production

Shoot planning, shot lists, on-set direction and edit supervision: in-house, with creators, or with your team, depending on what the brand needs.

Community management

Comments, DMs and mentions handled in the brand's voice, with escalation rules for anything that needs the founder.

Reporting that means something

Reach, saves, shares, profile visits and follow-through: the metrics that predict commercial impact, not just likes.

Process

How we run it

  1. Brand and audience immersion

Voice, positioning, audience language, competitor teardown and an audit of what has already worked on your channels.

  2. Pillar and calendar design

Content pillars agreed, first month's calendar built, formats and cadence locked.

  3. Production sprint

Batch shooting and editing so the calendar stays ahead rather than being filled the night before.

  4. Publish and engage

Scheduled publishing plus active community management in the first hours after posting, which is when distribution is decided.

  5. Review and double down

Monthly review of what performed, pillar weights adjusted, and the winning formats scaled, including handing the best organic performers to paid.

Deliverables

What you actually get

  • Platform-specific social strategy document
  • Monthly content calendar with hooks and scripts
  • Produced Reels, carousels, statics and Stories
  • Community management across comments and DMs
  • Creator and influencer coordination where relevant
  • Monthly performance report with next-month plan

How pricing works

Priced by output volume and production load: a brand needing twelve edited Reels a month with shoots costs meaningfully more than one needing eight carousels from existing assets. Shoots are quoted per day when they involve locations, talent or products.

Answers

Social Media Marketing: frequently asked

How often should we post?

Consistency beats frequency. Three to four strong posts a week on Instagram, sustained for six months, outperforms daily posting for six weeks followed by silence. Pick a cadence your production capacity can actually hold.

Does organic social still drive sales?

Rarely as a direct last-click channel, and judging it that way will always make it look like a failure. What it reliably does is lower the cost of everything else: warmer audiences convert better on paid, branded search volume rises, and sales conversations start further along.

Do we need a separate strategy for each platform?

Yes. Audience intent differs completely: Instagram is discovery and lifestyle, LinkedIn is professional credibility, X is commentary and speed, Facebook skews older and more community-driven in India. Cross-posting identical assets is the most common reason brand accounts underperform.

Should the founder be on camera?

If the founder can be natural on camera, it is usually the highest-leverage content a small brand can make. Faces outperform product shots on reach, and founder content builds a kind of trust that no branded asset does. If they cannot, hire a creator rather than forcing it.

Can our organic content be used as ads?

Yes, and the best-performing paid creative frequently comes from organic winners. Organic gives you cheap signal on which hooks land; paid gives that hook distribution. We deliberately watch for organic posts worth promoting.

Do you handle influencer collaborations?

Yes: identification, outreach, briefing, deliverable management and usage rights so the content can also be run as paid. Usage rights are the step most brands forget, and it is the one that determines whether the content has a second life.
