CRO Agency — Turn Existing Traffic Into More Revenue
CRO increases the share of existing visitors who buy. It is the only growth lever that makes every other channel cheaper at the same time.
- D2C & ecommerce
- Fashion & apparel
- Beauty & personal care
- Health, wellness & nutrition
- B2B & SaaS
If your site converts at 1.2 percent and you get it to 1.8 percent, you have raised revenue by half without spending a rupee more on ads, and simultaneously improved the economics of Meta, Google, SEO and email at once. That is why CRO is usually the highest-return work available to a brand already buying traffic.
It is also the most commonly faked. Real CRO starts from where money is actually being lost, which requires looking at the funnel data before touching a button colour.
Is this the right fit?
- Ecommerce brands with healthy traffic and a conversion rate below category norms
- Stores with high add-to-cart but heavy checkout abandonment
- Lead-gen sites where form starts far exceed form completions
- Brands about to scale spend who want the leak fixed first
- Teams that have run tests before and got inconclusive results
What cro includes
Funnel quantification
Session to product view to add-to-cart to checkout to purchase, segmented by device and traffic source, so the biggest single drop is identified in numbers before anything is changed.
Qualitative diagnosis
Session recordings, heatmaps, rage-click detection and on-site polling to understand why the drop happens, not just where.
Checkout and form audit
Payment options, COD handling, shipping cost disclosure timing, guest checkout, address forms and error states, where most Indian ecommerce loses its buyers.
Mobile experience review
The majority of Indian traffic is mid-range Android. We test on those conditions, not on a desktop browser resized.
Test programme
A prioritised backlog scored by expected impact and effort, run with proper sample sizes so results are decisions rather than guesses.
Trust and proof audit
Reviews, guarantees, return policy visibility, delivery expectations and security cues: the trust layer that decides purchases in low-familiarity categories.
How we run it
Measure
Instrument the funnel properly. Most sites cannot answer basic drop-off questions because the events were never set up.
Diagnose
Combine quantitative drop-off with recordings and heatmaps to form specific hypotheses, each with a stated expected mechanism.
Fix the obvious
Ship the changes that need no test: broken mobile layouts, hidden shipping costs, dead-end error states. Testing an obviously broken thing wastes weeks.
Test the arguable
Run structured A/B tests on the genuinely uncertain calls: offer framing, page order, form length, proof placement.
Compound
Ship winners, document losers, and keep the backlog moving. CRO produces its returns through accumulation, not one hero test.
What you actually get
- Quantified funnel drop-off analysis by device and source
- Session recording and heatmap findings report
- Prioritised CRO backlog scored by impact and effort
- Implemented quick-win fixes
- A/B test setup, monitoring and result write-ups
- Monthly conversion performance review
How pricing works
A one-off funnel audit is a fixed-fee project and stands alone. Ongoing CRO is monthly, sized by testing volume and whether we are implementing the changes or handing them to your developers.

CRO: frequently asked
What is CRO?
Conversion rate optimisation is the practice of increasing the percentage of visitors who complete a desired action (a purchase, a form, a booked call) by systematically diagnosing where they drop off and fixing those points. It works on traffic you are already paying for.
What is a good ecommerce conversion rate in India?
Broadly, one to two percent is typical for D2C, two to three percent is strong, and above three percent usually means either a very warm traffic mix or a low-consideration product. COD-heavy categories behave differently again. The useful comparison is your own trend, not a benchmark.
How much traffic do we need for A/B testing?
As a rough rule, around a hundred conversions per variant before a result is trustworthy. Below that, run structural improvements based on diagnosis rather than split tests. You will get further, faster, than waiting months for significance.
Where do most Indian ecommerce sites lose customers?
Checkout, overwhelmingly, and usually because of shipping costs revealed late, forced account creation, unclear COD availability, slow mobile pages, and address forms that fight the user. Product pages come second, mostly on missing information rather than design.
Is CRO just changing button colours?
No, and that reputation comes from a decade of low-value testing. Meaningful CRO changes offer structure, page sequence, information hierarchy, checkout mechanics and trust signals. Button colour tests are what people run when they have not looked at the funnel data.
How quickly does CRO pay back?
Quick-win fixes often show inside a few weeks because they remove obvious blockers. A structured testing programme compounds over three to six months. The payback is durable, because unlike ad spend the improvement does not stop when you stop paying.
